I have already had 2 VPS for two projects before, now for new project I have another one. Support replies to issues pretty fast - I created 3 tickets
...- one about vCore mismatch, once about network bandwidth and another one about accounting. All have been resolved pretty fast, consultants are very friendly and they make an impression of they want to keep their service on high level.
Unfortunately, cheap are OpenVZ VPS which do not allow to upgrade kernel or install kernel extensions as this is shared kernel (4.15 for now), KVM (fully virtualized) is much more expensive.
I did not experience any outages.
Big, big plus for free 1 backup (which can be removed and another one can be created) and possibility of instant VPS Upgrade.
Currently using vServer M (Conference/Collaboration Software), waiting for provision of vServer XS for HAProxy and some other stuff
