I was also given a lot of advice on how to get my website found in Google. One downside I noticed so far is that they don't offer SSL. The site did not perform to my expectations so I moved to another platform. As the end of my years subscription neared I received multiple emails letting me know that if I didn't renew I would lose my site.

Imagine my surprise when I was charged for another year despite verifying in my account that there was no renewal pending.
When I immediately asked for a refund (within 5 minutes of the charge notice) I received an email stating that I could prevent future charges but no refunds would be given.
The only way to prevent this company from fraudulently charging your credit card is to never use them in the first place. Mniej
