...assisted with, I've not been into the interface very frequently. I'm confident that back ups are taking place, upgrades are happening, and everything else I manage as usual within the WordPress interface. The times I have required support, it's been quick and very helpful. They even helped troubleshoot a plugin issue that required getting into the code. I cannot recommend Pressable more, especially if you manage multiple blogs.
