I want a supervisor to address this, provide access to a complete backup of my website files and database, and refund my hosting charges. My domain registration and email service should remain active. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Name.com hosting for a business that depends on reliable website access and responsive support. I will update this review if the company resolves the matter.
