No backups and shocking support

- despite what they say on the website you don't have any daily backups (but only I got to know that after my - after I started paying additionally ...

$20 a month for backups they lost my backup when I needed it the most - after few months I needed a backup again but they informed me that there was an issue with the service... no backups again - completely useless support, they look professional but are incompetent and/or busy, once I was so frustrated I had to hire external consultant to prove them that there is a problem with the server, not with my website - if something serious happens then you are on your own, you may wait for several hours or days for any reasonable reply - speed - I had better with InmotionHosting - all of this for $180 a month (with addons) - after a few years with Fastcomet I recommend to stay away from them

Very unfriendly attitude towards the customer

I registered an account a few days ago. First, I purchased a premium subscription and immediately completed KYC with my passport, as the hosting provi...

der recommended doing so. Then I ordered one server and paid for everything with my personal card with 3DSecure. After some time, I received a request to confirm the purchase using a bank statement. I did that and sent the statement for the transaction. After this another request arrived asking for a photo of the card. That is already too much — why is the customer treated as a fraudster by default? Moreover, sending a photo of the card is highly questionable from a PCI DSS perspective and potentially unsafe for me as a client. In the end, the account was blocked and the service no longer works.
