rverOne. Their NovaCloud honestly maybe not as cheap as shared hosting/VPS compared to other provider, but their support is TIP-TOP! I needed migration of my application & DB, their team help me do that and when got issue they step up to help me figure it out. NovaCloud have its own platform. I do everything there, spin up server, manage cloud server. The performance is very stable, uptime is good, and setup was very fast. Few click done already. Definitely recommend IP ServerOne geh NovaCloud if you’re looking for a simple, dependable, WARMTH cloud provider!

Bad support, provide service that is NOT READY! It is Beta cloud!

I took the Cloud Hosting service G1. Their site look fine, the price and scalability attracted me. Everything okay until I use their web control panel...

to change port rule once. Then I can not modify/disable/delete any more. Then I only find out their ticket system is not yet ready! No phone at night, no live chat, I have to through email and they take weeks to finally solve the issue. They not allow for refund(only spent RM53), they top up me another RM300, but my client gone already. It is like paying to test their Beta service.

No backups and shocking support

- despite what they say on the website you don't have any daily backups (but only I got to know that after my - after I started paying additionally ...

$20 a month for backups they lost my backup when I needed it the most - after few months I needed a backup again but they informed me that there was an issue with the service... no backups again - completely useless support, they look professional but are incompetent and/or busy, once I was so frustrated I had to hire external consultant to prove them that there is a problem with the server, not with my website - if something serious happens then you are on your own, you may wait for several hours or days for any reasonable reply - speed - I had better with InmotionHosting - all of this for $180 a month (with addons) - after a few years with Fastcomet I recommend to stay away from them
