Good host, nice features, fast speed!

I needed to choose reliable and honest host, at least 10 years offering hosting services in hosting market. Finally I found Datapacket webhost and one...

of their vps hosting accounts met my requirements and budget. I have noticed that their support team is well equipped with latest customer management tools and this provider uses good hardware, server grade material never fails them. cPanel they use of one of the best in the world. Majority of support issues are answered within 15 minutes by the support guys. The host is amazing! I have never had any problems at all and I am recommending Datapacket to each and everyone I know in need of a service provider!

Avoid At All Costs

This is a UK based company that allows illegal hosting on it's network. They don't care about abuse reports and claim because it's being done by a cus...

No backups and shocking support

- despite what they say on the website you don't have any daily backups (but only I got to know that after my - after I started paying additionally ...

$20 a month for backups they lost my backup when I needed it the most - after few months I needed a backup again but they informed me that there was an issue with the service... no backups again - completely useless support, they look professional but are incompetent and/or busy, once I was so frustrated I had to hire external consultant to prove them that there is a problem with the server, not with my website - if something serious happens then you are on your own, you may wait for several hours or days for any reasonable reply - speed - I had better with InmotionHosting - all of this for $180 a month (with addons) - after a few years with Fastcomet I recommend to stay away from them
