I switched from Wordpress to WiX when I discovered them in 2011 or thereabouts. I’ve seen WiX grow with their services, offerings, technology and more...

! Almost every one of my customers moved their websites to WiX! Yes, I designed their websites. Support? In the beginning it wasn’t the best! Now, they’re by far the absolute best! Friendly, patient and very helpful. I’m glad I’m with WiX!

I had big concerns about the migration since we were doing many sales per day and I wanted it to go off without a hitch. They setup my VDS within a couple hours per my spec and scheduled a migration at the time I wanted the following day when I thought traffic would be the lowest

Mam wykupiony najdrozszy plan biznesowy premium VIP w Wixie 2 letni i stanowczo odradzam : - W przypadku tworzenia stron roboczych i ustawienia w ...

trybie niewidzialnosci strony te wyswietlaja sie w wyszukiwarkach ( tu moze byc NIESPODZIANKA DLA POWAZNYCH FIRM , bo po ponad pol roku po USUNIECIU strony ustawionej na ukryta - strona ta wyswietla sie w bingu - co grozi wywaleniem z roboty administratora ) - problem z responsywnoscia trwa nadal - trzeba recznie dostosowywac projekty stron - zadnej priorytetowej pomocy technicznej ( wytarczy wklikac w google "wix priorytetowa pomoc techniczna" i juz bedzie wiadomo jak z wixa korzystac :-). W planach premium jest dokladnie to samo. Nie ma podanego numeru telefonu ani kontaktu - chcac uzyskac jakakolwiek pomoc specjalistyczna trzeba sie przebijac przez setki stron , w ktorych powtarzaja sie informacje przeznaczone glownie dla poczatkujacych czyli zeby zdobyc klienta przez wix - pozniej jak masz problem - to przebijaj sie przez setki stron nieistotnych informacji.Ale ale zapomnialem mozesz rowniez wydac kolejne pieniadze w czym wix ci chetnie pomoze - mianowicie zatrudnic specjaliste. WORST INTERNET SERVICE EVER

Worst hosting service provider I experienced since I started business in the 90s. Server outages in Singapore gave me no access to any emails or FTP...

, all websites down for 8 days, in February/March 2026, no compensation or credit from Ultahost. Now, since two days no access to Cpanel or any of my email accounts, cannot access the links for Teams and Zoom meetings with business partners and advisors. Only excuses from Ultahost but no solution or appology. This is how an American company in the "top 10" of hosting companies is treating his customers! Worst service ever and move back all me domains and accounts to European / German and Singapore providers, though might slightly more expensive, but WAY MORE reliable!!!
