automatically 2 days before the due date, with no notice. I asked for a refund 2 days later.
They refused and offered only credit to their internal wallet, usable only on UltaHost.
Support follows the script and won't meet a long-term customer halfway. Occasional outages too.
If you use them, delete your saved card after every payment
