Probably the best Windows VPS for the price, if you don't mind a couple issues.

...ace that got terrible reviews). The server is fast. I haven't had any issues yet with performance, so I don't think they over-commit resources. Support is fairly responsive (despite it being based out of Singapore). They aren't the most helpful (I got a lot of pat answers), but they never left me in a lurch. Seems like a good VPS for a great price.
On the other hand, these servers were definitely used for SPAM in the past, and emails I send from my server go straight to Junk Mail on some email services and are blocked completely by Hotmail/Outlook (as in, the emails bounce back undeliverable because the IP is blacklisted). The server's Gateway is on multiple SPAM lists. As a result, I would have a hard time using this for a legit web server, since any emails sent from it might not make it to their destination. If you're using it for some other computing purpose, that probably wouldn't be an issue. Also, they don't offer any backup of any kind (even at an additional cost). You have to work out your own server config/file backups in the event of data loss.
