I purchased a domain (degmark.com) from hostcycle.in. As the domain was about to expire, I renewed it — but they increased the renewal price without a
...ny prior notification.
When I requested the EPP code to transfer my domain, they provided an expired EPP code. It’s been less than 30 days since the domain expired, and according to domain regulations, the registrar is obligated to provide a valid EPP code within this period. However, they are refusing to do so.
I have collected all screenshots and proof and will be raising a complaint in the consumer court regarding this issue.
