are incredible and the uptime was my biggest surprise. Support has been great when I needed it, there was one time that the support agent couldn't resolve my issue and had to escalate it to someone over email. This issue was resolved a couple of hours later. Overall, the experience has been great, and the pricing beats what I was paying over at Flywheel for a similar agency hosting plan. I also have a couple of test accounts on their shared hosting product. This product has seen some great improvements over the past year and is quite impressive as well.

50 times for free but now they say your money is spent on changing the location and the funny thing is THEY DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME A VPS so I believe they're absolutely scammers. Ticket section is also really messy, when you open a ticket they automatically delete it, support team keeps repeating a message without even caring about your concerns, Avoid At The Cost!!! ng failed. After I have been with them for years. The credit card on file is one we use every day. They say their ‘system’ sent an email about billing problem. Those emails never came to us, although I get emails from them all the time – MANY emails I have received, none saying they would delete my hosting or notice of their system failing to bill correctly. My domain name was billed fine. They have no explanation, my site is gone because Hostgater failed! AVOID THESE FAILING SYSTEMS AND USELESS, IRRISPONSIBLE COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR WEB SITES!!
