record time. Saved me from a panic attack. Truly appreciate that! Some cons: a bit slower than my previous BlueHost, but definitely far less expensive. Also uses the latest MySQL on VPS only, not shared hosting.

they give a s**t about sending them spam abuse

I've been receiving VERY MUCH spam from domains registered on namecheap for over 1 year. I sent them e-mail headers as they wanted, domains and other ...

informations. I've even created account to view my tickets on January last year. ALL my tickets had status "Abuse not confir..." (even not "confirmed", lazy bots) or "Awaiting Staff R...". Not all tickets werse saved on my account as I noticed, but take a look: https://i.imgur.com/JlSwIIX.png They never answer me, domain that sends me spam 3 months ago still sends me spam. Worst company that completely disrespects people. I hope their buildings and server would burn down and will be destroyed instead of poor Ukraine. They don't deserve pity. I have definitely enough with these spammers.

Not good at all

I am using arvixe since 2017. It always had some problems but usually they fixed it in a day or so. 2014 has been a nightmare. A lot of problems that ...

left us with no mails at all. And finally since 24/4 we are 30% of the time with no mails AT ALL and we cannot receive mails from Gmail!!! Support everytime tell me that the problem will be solved and that is escaleted to the admins and that they will inform us when everyting will be ok. After 4 days the ticket automatically closes with no feedback. We are seinding again, the same answer, the ticket closes after 4 days. This is going on for the last 3 months... I ve asked for a refund but they say it is not at their policy. I believe that they are going to close soon... This is not a serious company, they are con artists. We are searchinf for another serioug hosting company. STAY AWAY.
