24 days ago, I received an invoice for €2,687 containing incorrect domain renewal fees (this had happened twice before, but the invoices were canceled
...). I immediately sent an email detailing the errors on the invoice. I received no response. Despite sending dozens of emails requesting a response, I still haven't received ANY response from Argeweb. Absolutely NOTHING!
Furthermore, I'm losing more domains, which I can't transfer to another registrar because Argeweb won't remove the transfer lock. I've sent several emails requesting domains be unlocked, and nothing. Absolutely NOTHING!
To avoid high renewal fees for my domains with Argeweb, I'm gradually canceling them. Unfortunately, the system is incredibly slow – canceling one domain takes several minutes (!!!). In an hour, I can only cancel about 10 domains (!). I'm wasting my time and nerves.
Complete disregard for the customer. This is the behavior of a company whose advertising slogan is: "Blije en klantvriendelijke helpers. Enthousiast en betrokken lossen wij jouw vraag op. Dat geeft ons meer energie dan een sterke bak koffie.” (https://www.argeweb.nl/).
If the situation doesn't change and Argeweb continues to hinder me (they won't return my lost domains, block my account, or initiate debt collection proceedings), we'll see you in court. They won't be able to remain silent there anymore...
I completely don't understand this behavior. I've been an Argeweb customer since 2022 and have been satisfied so far. Unfortunately, things have changed.
All problems and disputes can be resolved by talking to each other. Problems aren't solved by not responding to emails.
