I'm sure the services are fine but I don't think they are up front about the pricing. I learned after I ordered that the private domain contact is $15 per year for EACH domain and SSL is also $15 per year for EACH domain. For two domains that is $96 per year including registration. Compare that to Dreamhost which offers LetsEncrypt SSL and private domain contact at no additional charge. EDITED: I corrected the error in the above review and apologized. I have to remove a star now that the company is threatening me with a defamation lawsuit and has suspended my account. I assume I am not getting my money back. It's too bad I can't post screenshots of his communications to me, they say more than I ever could. FURTHER: Now they have rejected my domain transfer request so I can just let them have my money and go away, I have to wait 60 days now before I can make an ICANN complaint. My account is still suspended so no service and I am not even free to leave them my money and walk away. FURTHER: I did receive a refund, but they still have my domain, hopefully they will not reject the net transfer request. Unofrtunately I cannot change the stars on this review, I think this is a two-star review.
