Messed up my email

I tried to switch from the 10 multi-user email pack to a "professional" email account. Not sure what the difference is, but it was cheaper and I only need one email account not 10 -- btw, the agent (a guy named Van) didn't ex...

plain how a multi-user versus professional account is different. Anyway, he apparently messed up the order and my email expired entirely! I had to go back to the multi-user pack in order to salvage the 20 years' of emails I've had with Register.com because everything would have been lost if I recreated my email with the new professional account, which means that I'm stuck again with its 20-year-old email platform (literally, the interface hasn't been upgraded since 2001). Now I have to back up all my emails, which I have no idea how to do. They'll do it for me if I want to pay them (which is ridiculous because they're the ones who screwed up -- I shouldn't have to pay for their screw up!). I'm better off getting all my emails backed up, then going with a different company. So frustrating!!! Avoid Register.com!!!

Incompetent and rude support

Not recommended.
Support feels rude and apply obsessive marketing, like "Hey, I don't get, why you don't want to give me your mail, no spam guaranteed". At the end i didn't manage to connect any of my credit cards for unknown... Więcej reason. They said i should write to billing team for manual card connection. Previously not problem with this cards for any services. Mniej |
