It is true that their support ticket is very slow and they took almost two weeks to reply my ticket about registering a new domain. But I never had to wait more than 3 minutes to get live chat support. My ticket was solved instantly via live chat.
Another good thing about ASO is their server name and user area interface is very unique and user friendly.

I was sent links to terms and conditions that differed from what I'd already read. After mentioning my intentions of sharing my experiences, I was then told that they could offer me the full refund as an "exception." I replied that I had no intention of withholding details of my experience, and the offer was revoked. In short, Glowhost was not for me. I felt misled by the Satisfaction Guarantee and was dissatisfied in the amount of issues that arose within my first week alone. For anyone looking for web hosting services, Glowhost has timely technical support but was far from pain free for me and abides by the same fine print any cheaper, more popular, professional, and easier to use host does as well.
