I was someone who wanted the most affordable option, and with Bluehost I found a solution. I have used Bluehost for years, and one thing that was always of quality was their support.
Their system was not the most user friend... Więcej ly at the beginning, but it has since made huge strides.
Reviewing my server, installing WordPress, accessing my backups; are all easy to do now with little to no struggle.

I gave Bluehost more than the required period to terminate my service. However when my annual subscription was due to be renewed, they automatically deducted the annual subscription fee from my account. I contacted them and t... Więcej hey agreed to refund the fee. The explanation given was that the product wasn't terminated. Then the next day, an annual subscription fee (for another amount) got deducted again!! When I asked what happened, the explanation given was that the subscription was "undone", not terminated. I was furious. The staff said they will refund (again), terminate my product this time and retire my bank account details so it won't be used anymore.
I was also charged foreign currency transaction fee by my bank for each time they deducted their fee. I asked Bluehost to also refund me the foreign currency fee I incurred but they didn't agree to. I'm very unhappy with them.
So be very careful when terminating your subscription. Mniej
