Więcej Due to the power outage my server operating system was corrupted and was unable to boot. The technical team told me this was my problem and I needed to fix it. I would need to do an entire server reset and start again. All that data completely lost. So in summary they absolutely destroyed my server then refused to help. I believe the reason they refused to help is because they did not know how to solve the problem. Thank god I have another backup server with another host in the USA. I was able to switch my sites over to that server instantly and only lost 12 hours of data. Never in a million years will I use Green.CH again. Mniej |
