June 15, 2022 I ordered a three domains transfer service. I received an order confirmation and an invoice for $29.85 USD, which I immediately paid.

After 5 days, I contacted support for the first time and asked when the domains would actually be transferred. I received an answer that in addition to the transfer, I have to pay for the renewal of domains for a year. Immediately after that, one of my domains suddenly became active in the registrar's interface. So, as if the transfer was completed. But after checking Whois-service , I realized that they faked the transfer out in user interface.

My next attempts to contact the support team were unsuccessful. My questions was just ignored by the support.
