I just want to say a big thank you and your staff. Everyone at QHoster is polite, patient and very helpful. I have to admit that I was a bit concerned about moving from a managed hosting environment to a shared server. But all my concerns and fears were unwarranted. Everything works fine: - network and server uptime, perfect), - speed connectivity is fast, - 24/7 customer support is helpful.
Thank you, QHoster team! They have their downtime, but it has never hindered my hosting. Maintenance averages only a few minutes of downtime, 10 usually. They offer Shared hosting based on cPanel or ISPManager - it's a great plus for their team. They have fast servers, my sites are running fast.
Quite simply - the customer service you'll receive here is the best around. Every single time I have a question on my hosting account, I receive an answer within fifteen minutes. It's actually incredible! QHoster servers are great too. Fully recommended, no question!
I was skeptical when a friend of mine recommended QHoster. Too many times I get sold on good customer service, only to be disappointed. But I was blown away by the efficiency and friendliness of QHoster's customer service! So many times I felt like throwing a dumbbell at my desktop, I receive excellent help from them. :)
I have a number of sites I host with them and I would not hesitate to recommend QHoster hosting to other people. Best bang for the buck web host I've ever been with. Good customer service, great plans for just about anyone, plenty of space and bandwidth...and honest people running the entire show. That last part counts more than one would realize.

Ok, I've read a lot of negative posts about Qhosters customer service and given I have just had 2 issues with them which were resolved very quickly...I felt the need to throw my 2 pennies in.
I am a newbie to most of this and given that my issues were created by my lack of knowledge, I found the CS reps very accommodating and helpful, even going as far as to say that should i need help with a specific task i was trying to complete, they would help.
Whilst I appreciate that you have to wait for their CS to come online, ive found that they pick up the tickets within 24hrs and respond and will continue to work with you till its conclusion.

The issue you reported however was not due to our services, as it is related to receiving email and not always be instant - note, that this depends on the sending server and sometimes there may be delays, especially on big providers of free email services, due to the high overload of these 3rd party services.
