No one wanted to solve server technical issue on OVH end, because client didnt have premium support. Client left. I cannot order two servers, contract worth 30k$ a year, as no one will talk to me.
I am worried that this company lost it. They have really good services if you know how to use them, but they are so disconeccted from clients that its a bit funny now.

La mia esperienza su questo servizio è da terzo mondo, eliminano il server dedicato con una semplice mail, MAI RICEVUTA, cancellando tutti i dati senza alcuna possibilità di recupero. Stiamo procedento legalmete contro questi signori, pellegrini dell'IT per averci causato un danno di perdita di dati. Consiglierei i lettori a procedere verso altri e più seri data center. Il contratto emesso da questi esseri sicuramente è vessatorio nei confronti dei licenziatari. Basta leggere quello di Microsoft per rendersi conto in che mani vi mettete.

Cliente OVH con vari servizi attivi da 4 anni, l'unica pecca che posso evidenziarne è la poca propensione a rispondere in tempi accettabili ai ticket...
L'assistenza è nulla, non fanno altro che dirti che loro non hanno problemi. Ho un server dedicato un hosting e diversi domini, i problemi sono continui e spesso ti lasciano in sospeso anche per diversi giorni. Contattarli telefonicamente non serve a nulla, la migliore risposta è "apra un ticket".
