They have a lot of features. The support ist fast and helpful but unfriendly.
The backend structure might be a little bit unfamiliar a first, but after I got used to it now I find everything I need.

Hier wird 24/7 Support gelebt - auch bei Kunden mit Einsteigerpaket
Gut habe ich mein Web-Hosting zur ORC gewechselt, denn hier hört der Support nicht nach Ende der Bürozeiten auf, sondern ist 24 Stunden/7 Tage. Ich brauchte den Support um 22:00 und mir wurde schnell und unkompliziert geholfen – und dies auch mit dem Einsteiger-Paket Easy 1. Das nenne ich Leistung! Ich war viel zu lange bei Hoststar. Hier bin ich sicher besser aufgehoben.
