No communication about VPS going down, service cancelled
Very poor communication, they cancelled my VPS without notice and when I asked what's going on they said we can give you another one somewhere else.

They shuold work on customer support
The company is one man , Open support ticket and no body respond. I can feel cheap cost hosting company but they should respond to tickets and solve customer need's.

Thanks for your Honest review, we have a team of 6 members, due to COVID only 3 persons are working there on all issue , anyways can you please let me know the Ticket ID which is not resolved on time it will be very helpful for me to trace the person who leave it without solving the issues
