These scammers have been ignoring Official DMCA complaints. Completely ignoring all of them so we are in the process of taking them to court for secondary copyright infringement. Unless you are a spammer or scammer who needs a hosting provider where you can hide, Avoid iWeb!

I first chose iWeb to help start up a business venture. There was a sale that actually compared to most dedicated hosts. Once I started up my venture, I did find out I wouldn't be making as much as anticipated. I was the customer who fell behind. I was told, without payment my account would be suspended. Ok, that is fair. I was going to take the suspension and pay my dues. It is now June, I was due to be suspended 3+ months ago. Now my account balance is almost 600$. I spoke with the billing department and asked why my account had not been suspended. The response was "I don't know, maybe you were just lucky." Word for word. I spoke with the collection department, and was told that they had good faith in me... Good faith and being lucky just cost me a extra 400$ that more than likely will go onto my credit for services I stopped using, as they were to be suspended. Being a disabled veteran on a fixed income, I can not afford this. I would recommend this for a company that can afford it, being that, it would be a company that makes a decent income. I do not recommend this for individuals or small businesses. There is no entry level hosting, only dedicated and cloud hosting. Technical support of any sorts costs a pretty penny, which is understandable, you get what you pay for.
