Never ever go with iones, their support is just horrible 5 months ago I order there vps plan and I hosted my all websites in their server, but 3 days ago one my team member mistakenly uses the same card for another inons account and the problem started from here They locked my account without any...

notice it's almost 3 day all of my website down unfortunately I don't have backup and this is my biggest mistake I lost my one-year work I contact them, but their reply takes days to come, after 24 hours their reply came, and they said I break their term and conditions, and they said contact their security team I contact them, but their reply also come after 24 hours, and they say submit my ID to do document verification I submit the ID but nothing happens no reply came from them after 12 hours another reply came from their support team, and they say my account is terminated that's it. Today is almost 3 day passed away, my all website down since 3 day.

I've stuck it out with ionos since 2008, back when they were called 1 and 1 even as friends pealed away in frustration. They are FULL of hidden charges. They do things and charge you without asking you or telling you what they are doing. They make it hard to navigate to anything involving pay...

ments. I put up with it because of the huge inconvenience of changing to another hosting company. Of course there are tremendous hoops to jump through to cancel your contract, and now they won't remove my credit card so now I have to cancel my credit card. I've switched to hostinger for the past 2 months and am MUCH happier there. I've also tried NameCheap which was OK but not as good as hostinger. I was at GoDaddy before 2008, which was an embarrassment of a company at the time but there were few other options back then.

I received a $34 collection notice after I cancelled a domain name but it wasn't reflected in the IONOS system. $15.99 was owed; it was for a domain renewal. Anyone who uses this company makes me cringe. If you're trying to find a reputable business attempt another provider.
