terrible service
site crashes all the time and the autobackup feature failed so the site was lost. the help pages do not reflect the reality of the site - refers to a 'directadmin' login which does not exist. Copied and pasted from another site.

Amazing service, can’t fault them!
After searching for a new web hosting provider I came across hostworld. The sales team were great, happy to answer any questions I had and helped me place my order. Once ordered they migrated my website from my old host free of charge, I didn’t have to do a thing. I’ve been with them now since September 2019 and I honestly wouldn’t look back.
