Honestly, if I could make a refund, I would have done it because I am terribly disappointed with their service. But anything that is cheap is not good.
my site goes down without a reason. I can not connect to cPanel or WHM and while I mentioned it I was told I was working fine. Their support is not good, they answer once a day

After seeing some reviews i'm panic with the purchase but i have contacted their team over livechat and had some phone conversation and they explained about the plans and pricing.But was little panic due to some bad reviews anyway i risked myself with some little amount of money (their plans are lower) i have used it from past 2 months and there is no issues on servers and support.The only thing i noticed is they are bit strict in abuse cases which is normal as per the Datacenter Policies and Legal Laws..All the services should be used for Legal purpose.In case of any malwares or phising they are suspending and they are offering some chances.even 2 of my sites got some malicious uploaded due to some issue in the client PC.they have given logs from the server end..Still now i'm using their service and there is no issues
My recommendation is good for Genhost and i will be keep running with them:)

Don't waste your money and time with genhost.in. This is my real experience with this company. Fully frustrated with their services. Worst Service Provider. I newer recommend any hosting plans for this cheap provider.
