Scammers, very bad service, they will do anything to raise the prices and get more money for nothing don't recommend it at all and the technical support and customer services are very bad features offered are not enough and they don;t even have a good control panel up to date!!
This is the worst hosting I have ever used and i I've used many. Tech support is awful. Websites go offline for hours and no one can tell you why. When you call the support they hold you on phone, then someone does something and the site is back. When you ask them why your site was down, they just don't tell you, because they don't want you know how bad their service is. If you need some US hosting, just STAY AWAY from this company!
to ownership, compliance I have had my account compromised - my email passcode and that of my colleagues' had our passcodes changed unbeknownst to us:
Please see below - it was done by someone in Houston- see below - I went on my phone and changed my email passcode so I can access- GRATEFUL THAT THEY ARE SEPARATELY PROVIDED BY GOOGLE
but Now I also find out that my credit card is also deleted from this account- if you check and see- I paid for the website- and was working with A WEBSITE BUILDER- sent in everything to prove who I am and payed BUT THE HACKER CHANGED THE PASSWORD TO ACCESS AND THE BILLING SO THEY WILL NOT TALK TO ME AND ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE HISTORICAL PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT USE- THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS-
WHO IS THIS BELONG TO?????? THE IP IN HOUSTON??
Changed password Today at 1:43 PM (2 hours ago) Time: 2 hours ago Location: Houston, TX, USA IP address: 188.8.131.52
LOOK AT THIS REPLY- EVEN AFTER PROVIDING HISTORICAL PAYMENT- BILLING ADDRESS- D. L. - AND MY USE OF THE EMAILS AND THE COST TO BUILD OUT THE SITE- UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, we will not be able to process your request at this time as the information you provided does not match the account information we have listed. In order for us to be able to assist you we will need you to verify your ownership of the account or domain. We can verify the account by one of the following security questions:
What is your favorite movie? or The last four digits of the Visa credit card on file? or The Billing Agreement ID for the PayPal account on file?
If you are unable to answer the security questions we will need you to provide us with:
Photo ID — A government-issued photo identification, such as a Driver's License or an Identity Card.
*Passports are not accepted as they do not contain an actual street address.* The documentation provided will need to match the exact name and street address listed on the account or registered to the domain. We do apologize for any inconveniences, once we have been able to verify your ownership of the account or domain, we will be able to assist you in your request.
I started off my blog on Wordpress and was very underwhelmed at the amount of traffic I was getting (maybe I'm just a bad writer). I decided to get my own domain and just have my blog on that, rather than through Wordpress. Transferring everything from Wordpress to my new Domain, which was bought for a very cheap price I might add, was a bit harder than I thought. I called the support team and they stayed on the phone with me until they were sure my website was up and running. They were very nice and talked me through the steps in an easy-to-understand way. After I started college I found I just didn't have the time to blog anymore so my plan was to just let my subscription cancel. I received emails telling me the subscription was ending soon, but being my dumb self, I didn't even read the rest of the email that blatantly said if I didn't do anything it would just auto-renew. It wasn't until I had a charge to my credit card that I noticed my website did NOT expire. Two days after the auto-renewal and the charge went through on my account, I called them expecting to be told they couldn't do anything for me. However, the person I talked to on the phone reassured me that they could refund my money and end my subscription. They said they were sad to see me go, but completely understood since I could no longer use my own website anymore. I may not have the need for my own Domain now, but if I ever do again I will for sure come back to Domain.com. They will work with you one-on-one to make sure you get everything exactly how you want it, even if that means losing a customer. The support team is amazing and I highly recommend!
