Loading issue

Loading time is heavy and they are not processing our tickets , they are deliberately procrastinating the tasks . How could they be so irresponsible on the customers who trusted and invested time & money over their server .

NEVER NEVER TRUST THEM

This company never delivers services even when you paid , This is 1000% truth , Total SCAM. I tried contact support and still no help. DONT BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM.BEWARE!!!

Irresponsible Hosting provider

When we try to reach them for a urgent issue their team is irresponsible and not providing any solution or time line to wait.

They never understand the pain point of the client , that too in our high traffic time.

Processor is slow

Their processor is slow than we never experienced, when we write to them they seems not bothered about it and asking us to change the hosting plan.

Its their responsibility to provide a server which should be working fine. Disappointed

Website is always down. I fell for their price

I had a terrible experience with ALC's hosting service. My website was frequently down and their support team was unhelpful. I ended up switching to a different hosting company and wouldn't recommend ALC to anyone.Dont fall for their price

Disappointed and cheated

As I have only limited budget for my website host, I have purchased a shared hosting with ALC and they were promising so many features . But none of them is upto our expectation when we make a complaint about it , they asks us to upgrade to different plan which is super expensive . Do you think it is appropriate ? . Worst experience

I hadnt expected I would write this

Dont believe them support for 24/7 365 , even live chat online when you sent them message they not even reply only new sales they are welcome.
Also, even you submit ticket or send them email to related department about your issue, up to 5 days never response.
So please beware this company, they are real but look so lazy and not take care for existing customer,only take care and fast response new sales

Server is not stable

The server gets down when there is a high traffic , we purchased with them after sharing our website peak hours and how much the users will visit . Even after that the website is down and couldn't handle the traffic. They need to answer for this
